CS-90 is very high temperature resisting Copper Grease with a Graphite additive.
It is ideal for all automotive, industrial, construction and industry uses.
Using CS-90 prevents corrosion, fretting, or galling.
CS-90 is enhanced with Graphite for added lubrication to allow easy dismantling of threaded fasteners and tight joints.
CS-90 will penetrate into Chains, Wire Ropes, Hinges, Locks, Brake Callipers and Bearings.
CS-90 is lead free and water resistant.
CS-90 is rated to 1100°C will provide a guard against high temperature seizing and is ideal for use in extreme pressure locations that are subject to high temperature.
Application to steel surfaces prior to assembly will ensure easy parting and release even after long periods.
Boiler parts, Manifolds, are typical areas of use.
Use CS-90 on screw threads or threads where metal to metal surfaces make contact, CS-90 will reduce friction.
CS-90 remains effective over long periods of time where there are long periods in idle and minimum movement.
Nuts, Studs, Bolts can be easily removed when treated at time of assembly.
The extra fine Copper particles in CS-90 act as a barrier to corrosion even in the harsh conditions as the Copper particles remain in the threads to prevent seizing.
The Graphite flakes aid the high temperature capability.
CS-90 can be removed with White Spirit or normal de-greasing methods if required.
CS-90 can be used on Copper, Brass, Cast Iron, Steel, and Stainless Steel.
CS-90 can be used on non metallic gaskets.
