User information:
Fan Blade to Viscous Clutch Hub Screws (M8 Hardware): Tighten the 6 mounting screws to 28 N·m (21 lb-ft).
Viscous Clutch Hub to Water Pump/Pulley Bolts (M8 Hardware): Torque to 28 N·m (21 lb-ft).
Standard John Deere General M8 Flange Hardware Spec: If using updated factory replacement flange bolts, the standard specification can safely stretch up to 35 N·m (26 lb-ft) max.
Apply a medium-strength blue thread-locking compound to prevent the hardware from backing out under the severe cyclic loads of the fan's operation.
